2.Whats the price of your products?
The price is based on Designs, QTY, and package, the salesman will quote the BEST price for you.
3.Can we customized our own logo on the products? Can we change color of jewelry?
Yes, we can do it. We can customized buyer logo, color, size, material, packaging, OEM service
4.Can I do my own design? How can I do?
Yes, both OEM and ODM orders are acceptable, Just send us your pics and ideas, our designers will give you artwork for confirmation.
5.How can I pay for my order? Whats the payment terms?
For stock wholesale order, we need 100% payment when you confirm the order.
For Customized bulk order, we need 30% deposit before production, the balance will be paid before shipment.
We accept T/T, Paypal, West Union and L/C.
6.Do you have Quality Guarantee?

7.Whats the lead time?
For stock order, its normally in 3 days, For bulk order its about 10-20 days based on order qty. For customized order, the time of opening new mold is 7-15 days and the production time is 10-20 days after your confirmation of PP samples.
8.What’s your sample policy?
For Suntown Designs: samples fee including Wholesale Price & express cost.
For customized Designs:samples fee including Wholesale Price and Mold Cost & express cost.
9.How Much the mold cost?
$15- $500 usd, it depends on designs and materials.
10.Can you pack our goods with our cards, UPC, bags or boxes?
